Name that obscure sci-fi film from the '80s.
Trying to recall a science fiction film I saw on first release some time in the mid or late 80s. Dystopian, post-apocalypse, a couple were trying to get somewhere important flying in a very unusual aeroplane, the cockpit/front looks like a classic Bell 47 helicopter, with a large enclosed pusher prop behind, twin tail.
Film title may have included 'wind' or similar theme.
