Where can I find a men's linen jacket like this?

I'm pretty ignorant about fashion, but I love the shape and style of this jacket, and the material looks very comfortable. I'd like to find one with a similar length and casual look, preferably in a muted, dark, earthy color (the green in the photo would be cool too.) Does anyone know where I could find one, either online or in the Bay Area?
