Babylon 5 Lurker's Guide Episode Summary, please!

Babylon 5 Episode Summary in 4" x 6" booklet format - where can I find it online?
Many years ago, Mr. Selfmedicating printed out a Babylon 5 Episode Summary from the Lurker's Guide. It came in a cute little booklet format, about 4" x 5". We still have the paper copy but want an electronic copy. He's checked the Lurker's Guide site to no avail. It covered seasons 1-4. The original format was LaTeX. If any group of people in the world can help us out here, it is metafilter. Help!

Response by poster: Well, it's a month later and I never did find it. Mr. selfmedicating & I now suspect that a friend of ours made it by reformatting the text from the lurker's guide.
