Pre-flight snogging locations

Where between Oakland and SFO can I have sex in my car during the day?

Seeing a new friend off at the airport this week. Won't have a lot of time or a private place to hang out, but won't be seeing her again for months so would like a last snog before she goes. Is there a relatively private spot, relatively close to the freeway or SFO where we can, at minimum, make out for a while before I drop her off? I suppose a secret in-airport location would work too - though obviously I can't get through security.

The long term parking lot at SFO is probably more or less devoid of people.

Leave early, book room online at nice-ish airport-adjacent hotel, leave a few hours later, you go back the next day to "check out".

Er, um... yeah get a room. There's a very good chance you'll be on camera if you do it in a parking lot.

My guess is that anonymous doesn't want to book a hotel. So I'm going to suggest that s/he take the Treasure Island exit. Drive until there is privacy - there are lots of weird nooks and crannies on both TI and Yerba Buena Island but I'm not going to give you a suggestion other than avoid the north end of TI as it's primarily residential. Also the Coast Guard areas are a bad idea. Scope it out on Google Maps. Be careful merging back onto 80 from the island as it's a short, freaky merge.

Well, football season's over, so you could always stop at Candlestick, which is less than 10 minutes from SFO. Long-term parking at SFO has two parts - the outdoor part they use as overflow, and the multistory garage, which does have cameras, though I don't know where they are (except by the elevators). Candlestick's not necessarily the safest deserted place. YMMV.

But if she misses her flight because you got arrested or ticketed for...whatever the law against having sex in public is called these days ("sign up for a lifetime as a convicted sex offender!"), you'll wish you'd dropped 50 bucks on a hotel. So do that instead.

If it's secluded enough for sex, you're in a great place to get robbed or worse. If it's not secluded enough to be dangerous, you're going to risk figuratively rubbing your business in unsuspecting persons' faces.

Just get a room, for Christ's sake.

Unless you have a van, in which case, the top deck of a parking garage is the quietest.

Park SFO off of the North Access Cargo road might be a good candidate and you can get a free parking coupon online! That said, I'd just get a room; there are a ton of cheap hotels around SFO.

I second codswallop. Also, there's security and people all over airport areas, so I don't even know where you'd find somewhere private, without cameras, without cops.

Hmm.... when you say Oakland, where do you mean? If you mean Oakland airport, my memory is that there are a few pretty isolated spots near the rental cars. Can't speak for the western side of the Bay.

I know a gentleman who once had to patrol parking lots. He could entertain for hours with his rousing tales of disgusting parking lot fuck festivals, including one with the unforgettable image of a discount sex worker with wet winter gravel stuck to her thighs.

Security camera screenshots are like bulletin board treasure. A hotel would be good.

Although, if you do insist on taking the treasure island exit, please do not do anything stupid and spoil it for the rest of us.
