Sending an email from an address that is only forwarding to my current?

I have one address, 123@..., that is forwarding to another address, abc@.... Having lost access to the 123... address is there a way to still reply to mail sent to 123... as if it is coming from the 123... address not the abc... that I currently use? This is all in gmail too. Thanks!

What's the time, Mr. Wolf?

Is there an automated way for Outlook 2010 (macro, plugin, VBA code) to convert all times I type in the text of an email (e.g., "6:00 am Pacific", or "6:00 am PST") to an expanded form that is relevant to all the recipients (e.g., "6:30 pm IST / 9:00 am Eastern / 6:00 am Pacific"). This is not a question about calendar capabilities - which I have under control, but simply a way to communicate times in email in a way that is easy for each recipient to read and comprehend.

Email solution for an older person with (minor) dementia.

My grandma has been socially reliant on email for a decade or so now -- she emails her sister, her children, and her grandchildren. She's pretty deaf, so emails have been an especially good way of keeping in touch, as none of us live near her these days. Unfortunately, she's forgetting things now (she's 93), so what used to be possible for her now seems less so. What to do? [more inside]

Tool for automatic email header extraction for Outlook?

Is there an easier way to select a group of emails in Outlook and extract their header information to a file or to the clipboard - together, all at once? An Outlook plugin perhaps? Outlook's method sucks because you can only get one header at a time via right-click and view options. I've got a load of spam that I need to send to my host for investigation.

Help me get a small business network of Macs organized

Some clients of mine have a small consulting business that is rapidly expanding. What started as 1 desktop computer has turned into 4 desktops, 4 laptops (and recently 2 iPhones), and they'll soon be adding some more desktops. They're moving some of the computers out of their home office, and into a "real" office next week and I'm really trying to nail down a good setup for them. I'm looking for your advice on how you've organized a smallish network of Macs, allowing anywhere access of Files, Email, Calendar and Address Book. [more inside]

How do I make sure Outlook Express stays as the default Mail program?

I just rebuilt a computer with XP Pro for a family member who got hit by multitudes of spyware. She uses Outlook Express but ever since the rebuild, the default email program keeps changing from Express to something else. Initially it was Outlook, as Office is installed, but since they don't use Outlook I uninstalled it and alas, the default email program switched to MSN Explorer or some such. Is there a way I can make sure Outlook Express remains the default program?

DNS service recommendations?

I used to use mydomain.com to handle website and email forwarding. I would just set the DNS to their servers, and set the forwarding to a spot on my server, and it worked perfectly.
