What to do with 15 pounds (6.8kg) of bacon
On a whim, I bought fifteen pounds of bacon trimmings (the mostly-fatty ends that get cut off so your package of bacon strips has neat square ends) yesterday, for $20. What would you do with a bowling ball's worth of bacon? [more inside]
