Barley Bread?

Anyone know where I can get whole grain barley bread? Possibly barley bread without wheat flour? Or perhaps a recipe that would allow me to make it myself.

A bread baker guy shows up at the farmer's market in my neighborhood every week. He has good, whole grain breads.

Barley Bread - it's a bit runny.

Seriously, if you are seeking a low GI bread, this recipe from Red Mill looks excellent. Alternatively, you could just buy some already baked sprouted barley bread from the excellent Alvarado St. bakery.
