What film has a random patient dancing?

I saw a (major) film maybe 10 years ago that I can't identify. There was a scene where a doctor is talking to an unidentified patient and is interrupted by either a phone call or a visitor. While the doctor's engaged, the patient (probably unscripted) gets up, grabs a mask hanging on the wall, dances in the background wearing it, then returns it and sits back down before the doctor finishes. This isn't The Mask. Any ideas?

It's The Butcher's Wife. Jeff Daniels plays a psychiatrist and it's one of his patients who does the mask dance.

not that girl is correct. It is definitely The Butcher's Wife.
