Please help ID an old toy!

Help identify this old space themed action figure.

My parents are cleaning out closets. Throwing away TOYS! OH NOES! I cannot place this one. It might be Star Trek. Possibly Vulcan. Can anyone ID it?

Best answer: It's a Battlestar Galactica Colonial Warrior. I had a Cylon and oh, so desperately wanted one of those for it to fight with.

Looks more "Space 1999" than "Star Trek."

This eBay auction says the same thing (I realize links that are guaranteed to died are not good, but I couldn't find anything better).

Yeah, it's a Colonial Warrior. I had one. My brother had the Cylon. The Cylon was cooler.
