LA business card printer?
Anyone here have any recommendations for getting business cards printed in LA? I've been overwhelmed by the number of printers that I've found listed, and a couple that I've contacted have either not been "that kind" of printers or have been out of business (thanks, phone book!).

Online, not in person, but Moo just launched business cards. I've seen the mini-cards, they're beautifully done.

Response by poster: The reason I was hoping for local was because I wanted to make sure I could get proofs.

You should contact this graphic designer in Chicago--I think his name is Pat Purdy. I know it's not local, but I've heard that he can spin gold out of straw. Contact me & I'll get you his number.

Response by poster: Yeah, thanks dad, but Pat said he'd do it if I got him the specs for a place in LA—so I could see proofs—and paid for materials.
So… I'm kinda at that step now.

In truth, I've never been in the front door. But they're still in business (as of at least a week ago) and they've been there forever. Plus, they have a pretty delightful storefront.
