Japanese makeup/fashion in NYC?

What's a good place to buy Japanese cosmetics and/or fashion magazines (such as ViVi) in NYC? Or online?

A good place to buy any Japanese publications in NYC is Kinokuniya.

Best answer: Yeah, Kinokuniya has the best section. But if you're not in Midtown, JASmart on St. Marks (between 2nd and 3rd) and Sunrise Mart at 9th and 3rd Ave (@ Stuyvesant) both have small magazine sections with women's beauty mags.

You might want to call ahead, but I believe that Book-Off has Japanese magazines.
