What do you mean by "high quality"?

By high quality I mean, at the least, something better than the quality of youtube. I am more or less looking for an alternative to Stage6.

It's a blog, not an archive, but Cliptip.

I don't know about downloads but pluggedin.com is pretty good quality-wise.

Seconding IMeem. I have found high quality music videos on there for obscure music in other languages, even. You have to look a bit sometimes, though, because some people don't know what they're doing when they encode, or they rip it off from a low quality site, so you end up with some crappy ones mixed in.

The latest version of Azureus has a section called `Dashboard' which lets you download music videos. There are quite a lot, but it's a bit of a mixed bag as far as quality / variety goes.
