Need program to track progress in multiple TV series

Is there a good program to monitor progress in various TV shows? I.e. what episode I'm on in shows if watching multiple shows in different seasons irregularly.
Optimally this would integrate somehow with hulu/abc/WMP, but I wouldn't expect that. Anyone have a good app like this? It gets confusing with series starting and ending different times, and picking up or taking breaks from different shows.

Or a pencil.

You could make a little table, with one axis being show names, and the other being episode numbers. One table per season, check off the ones you've watched.
It's not automated, though.

Tried bookmarking the wiki episode lists? Unless you want to actively journal your watching habits, it's probably easier to just quickly skim those as you forget.

I'd do this with Excel, but I admit that's a whole lot of overkill.

I just use a Word file for this. I use the "strike-through" formatting to indicate what I've already watched, and I only list out episode titles for the season I'm currently in the middle of. (I added a strike-through button to the formatting toolbar so I could easily apply it.) But even the strike-through is unnecessary if you want to go with a straight text file. For example, part of my file might look something like this:
Arrested Development
Season 1
Season 2
The One Where Michael Leaves
The One Where They Build a House
¡Amigos!
Good Grief
Sad Sack
Afternoon Delight
Switch Hitter
Queen for a Day
Burning Love
Ready, Aim, Marry Me
Out on a Limb
Hand to God
Motherboy XXX
The Immaculate Election
Sword of Destiny
Spring Breakout
Righteous Brothers
Season 3
Northern Exposure
Season 1
Season 2
Season 3
The Bumpy Road to Love
Only You
Oy, Wilderness
Animals 'R' Us
Jules et Joel
The Body in Question
Roots
A-Hunting We Will Go
Get Real
Seoul Mates
Dateline: Cicely
Our Tribe
Things Become Extinct
Burning Down the House
Democracy in America
Three Amigos
Lost and Found
My Mother, My Sister
Wake Up Call
The Final Frontier
It Happened in Juneau
Our Wedding
Cicely
Season 4
Season 5
Season 6
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine
Season 1
Season 2
Season 3
Season 4
Season 5
Season 6
Season 7
You can cut and paste episode lists from the 'net so you don't have to type them in by hand. I tend to watch shows on DVD in order within each show (but skipping around from show to show), but this is easily adapted to watching shows out of order.

Maybe you need to look up TED in Google (it's on the front page)

Thanks to the real answers - obviously, I can do this in a text file (Currently in my google notebook)
