Online collaborative tracking solution?

Is there an online collaborative account/project status solution out there? We are a small ofice and would like a simple (kid of like pegboard/whiteboard) tool to track what documents or actions are required for a dynamically changing multiple 50-100 accounts/sales. Does that make sense to anyone?

Basecamp (real simple, doesn't do too much, just enough)

Dot Project (you can host it yourself, highly configurable, might be just right, or overkill).

I'd recommend setting up a wiki

If this type of software doesn't exist, you may consider bringing in a web developer to write it specifically for your organization. Sometimes you just can't fit a square peg in a round hole.

I feel like a horrible hypocritical jerkhole to even suggest this -- but Sharepoint does what you are asking pretty easily, including 'task lists', document libraries, a built in wiki, etc.
