I need a really awesome entrance song. Something that makes the audience be like, "Aw damn, I now know that this is going to be very enjoyable, all because this song is so badass."

What I've got so far:

You can crank up "O Fortuna" even more by using the version by Apotheosis, which adds a heavy electronic beat and rhythm section (in addition to the full chorus and orchestra).

It's a comedy performance, but it's being presented as a battle to the death between two competing teams. A little like Theatersports, but with more of pro-wrestling feel. There will be fake blood and even faker masculinity, if that helps your creative juices at all.

Lots of AC/DC songs work. As mentioned above, Thunderstruck and Back in Black are both excellent choices; Thunderstruck has that great crescendo into the drums while Back in Black is exactly the right tempo for strutting. I'd like to offer a few less commonly used AC/DC songs: Hell's Bells and TNT.

American Pig by Sugar Ray. This is from Floored, which, with the exception of Fly(which is present in 2 forms), is a pretty rockin' album.

I love the way it opens: deep male voice says "I knooow you gonna dig this" then starts in with the crunchy rhythm guitar soon followed with a melody line best described as "cocky".

It's cheesy and over-the-top, but damn I eat that shit up. Even though I have no interest in pro-wrestling, I always thought this would be a great entrance song.

I once went to a concert for a band I was sort of middling-excited about, and then they opened with - of all things - Freebird. This both staved off the inevitable annoying guy who yells "Freebird!" at some point, and set a simultaneously playful and badass tone for the rest of the show.

Or you could go with Battle Cry of 1,000 Men by Elvis Hitler (no link that I could find), but there's a brief opening bit which is kind of a dramatic recitation of the first few lines, punctuated by loud guitar every two lines or so. The rest is pretty rocking.

I have to second Black Betty by Ram Jam, mostly because every time I walk down a hallway I wish it could be this cool.

I'd give a vote for Cadence to Arms by the Dropkick Murphys (cheezy high school backyard video alert). Nothing says "this is gonna make the awesome dribble out of your pores like badass bagpipes and angry Irishmen - though you'd have to time the entrance.
