RussianShortwaveFilter. Yes, I'm back with yet another song ID in a foreign tongue...

Here we go again. This one's from Russian International Radio. The female voice sounds a bit like Zemfira. The male voice sounds like Serge Gainsbourg. This is, of course, completely impossible.

So, what are they singing about? Lyrics, translations? Cyrillic and Western characters both helpful (for Google-fu purposes). I need to own this song.

BTW in the clip not it's not Chicherina herself but popular actress Ingeborga Dapkunaite; there's another youtube clip somewhere with chicherina herself, but sans Bi-2

(And, yes, I seem to discover these things a bit too late. But, having seen ictures of the Voice of Russia's music desk, it all makes sense...)
