History resources?

Little sister is working on a project and need to find sources that can help her identify several things for railroad workers, meatpacking plant workers, a Rockefeller employee, and a business employing child labor from 1885-1910. The things she needs are their job responsibilities, wages, number of hours, conditions of the workplace.
