Open source spreadsheets for the excel-challenged

Looking for open source spreadsheet templates I can use commercially (if it comes to that) for recipes, fitness programs and the like. Why? Because my excel skills suck.

Thank you!

Spreadsheets can be "open source"? How does that work? (Not sarcasm.)

Response by poster: Um right Mikey. Maybe gpl'd is what I mean. Free for commercial usage.

Best answer: I'm guessing you've already seen microsoft's templates? If you search for "fitness" or "recipe" you'll get many results. I wasn't able to tell for sure what their licensing scheme for the templates is, but I'm pretty sure they're free for anybody to use.

Commercial in what way...? If you're just going to sell (perhaps modified) open source documents, there's at least a consideration of the license terms and possibly an ethical issue.
