Filmeaker...again

I'm making mailing labels in Filemaker. The fields required are not always all used in a given address. How can I get an individual field not to show up as an empty field when it's not being used?

It seems like some of the fields "know" to close the space when they're empty, but I just added a new one and even if there's not data in it, it's visible (as an empty space) in the address label.

Best answer: You probably want to set the possibly-blank-field to be a sliding field. (Instructions are for FileMaker 9 but I'm sure I used this as far back as 4.)

Usually when I am stuck on a FileMaker problem I hit up these forums and people are eager to help.
