Celebrate NYE where in Hong Kong?

Where would you recommend my wife and I celebrate New Years Eve in Hong Kong?

This is the Gregorian calender's New Years Eve, not Chinese New Years (but any excuse to party right?). Good food and relatively laid back atmosphere is a must. I like good music but I also enjoy conversation. Formal would be okay, but semi-formal or casual would be better. Preferably with a good view.

Lan Kwai Fong would be a logical place to celebrate whitey's holidays.
