More Thunderbird: how do I suck my senders?

I would like to export the name and/or email address from all emails I have in a given Thunderbird subfolder.

How does one do this?

Best answer: The addressContext extension will let you select all the emails in a folder and add all the senders to your address book as a list or as separate contacts. Then just export as required.
