Where can I find a very large list of jokes?
I've been looking to acquire a (free) list of jokes for several weeks now, without success. I've tried all the google searches I can imagine and I've drawn a blank. The best I've been able to do is find a bunch of websites with a few hundred jokes on each. Unfortunately, this isn't sufficient for my purposes. Ideally, I'd like thousands of jokes in one text document to facilitate easy parsing and analysis. Can anyone point me to something I can download? It really would make my day!

If you're willing to scrape multiple pages, there are about 800 jokebook-style "bad" jokes at Rinkworks.

The 'fortune' package on Debian contains over 15,000 fortunes in the base files. Many of them are jokes.

Oops, sorry, you want the 'fortune' package PLUS the 'fortunes' package.... the basic fortune package comes with far fewer.

Also, googling the phrase "thousands of jokes" turns up lots of websites claiming to have same.
