excel, doc, html, txt To pdf Batch Converter

I am looking for a server-side application, which will convert Excel documents (separate books or entire documents) along with html files, txt files, and doc files. The application will need to be able to watch folders "HotFolders" and batch convert automatically. I have done a good bit of searching and have not found anything that will work so far. If this was not an application, but was a .dll file this will work as well. Thanks.

Doesn't ActivePDF do this?

We used to use activePDF for this and it does exactly what you are looking for.
