Are there other sites for finding local cultural event?

Collected or filtered local culture/happenings... I know about upcoming.org. I'm wondering if there are other sites where people can find collected listings of events in their area. Basically I'm sick of missing concerts in my city (Toronto) because I forget to check the papers regularly. (I'm also interested in non-Toronto-specific sites.)

The Eye concert listing page is usually reliable.

Baltimore Citypaper Events Listing. I imagine that most large cities have a City Paper type publication, I know that Cinci and Baltimore and DC do. I'd bet most of them have something like this.

Lawrence is pretty cool if you are in Kansas, but I'm not in Kansas. I think most cities could really benefit from something like this, but I haven't seen many. There must not be too much money to be made here. . .

Bookmark this link. It's exactly what you need, for concerts, anyway.

The List is pretty good for SF Bay Area, California shows.

Twin Cities Alternative Shows List (I like the all-ages page. Not that I've been to concert since I discovered this page. . . .)
