Looking for a copy of the 1993 video program "Death: The Trip of a Lifetime".

I am a Maine university student looking to borrow/buy/download a copy of the 1993 video program "Death: The Trip of a Lifetime".

I can't find it anywhere, and the publisher (Ambrose Video Publishing) doesn't have it in their online catalog for purchase. Does anyone know of a way to track this mini-series (4 episodes) down?

Have you checked at your school's library to see whether they can get it for you through interlibrary loan?

Best answer: It appears to be available at a library in Nashua, NH, and at several other university libraries in New England. Your ILL dept. should be able to order a copy for you (though my experience requesting videos through UMaine ILL has varied wildly: UMO was always willing to consider documentaries valid ILL requests, but the Southern Maine branches have often failed to deliver my video requests.)

This guy, Dan Regner, uploaded the youtube clip and in the description he makes it sound like he has access to the full thing. Perhaps contact him or leave a comment at his blog?

Response by poster: I'll check with the University Library tommorrow.

Also, I did see that clip, but it didn't occur to me to contact the uploader.

Great ideas guys, thanks!

Additional ideas are still welcome (don't know for sure if these will work or not).

Response by poster: My library was able to track down a set of VHS tapes for me. Thanks!
