Can I cook Devilled Kidneys with Pig's Kidneys?
Its my birthday tomorrow - in celebration of which I wish to indulge in devilled kidneys for breakfast. Sadly I can only get my hands on pigs, rather than lambs kidneys. Can I still pull off said culinary delight?

Actually, this page says it "can be sliced and fried" but "it is more often used in pâtes and stuffings."
Also, the flavor is supposedly stronger (never eaten myself, this is what google says) so keep that in mind as well. So I gues it'll be kidneyer.
