In which store can I buy an high-end PC laptop in Denver?
I will be in Denver next week for a couple of days. I want to purchase a high-end laptop there from a retail store because I won't be around long enough to order one via the internet (otherwise I would have gone with alienware). I have about $3000 to burn and want at least a 17 inch screen with 1920x1200 resolution and a good graphics card (256MB or more).
I don't want to get a 'home model' from Best Buy or such.
Does anyone know any specialty stores in Denver or the Denver area where they could service my need?
P.S.
No, I don't want a Mac....

I think Best Buy even sells some Alienware stuff in-store.

Response by poster: Oh wow, I didn't know that. I wasn't impressed with their offerings online...but they might have better selection in the store.
I'll go check it out!

You might want to try Pro Tech Systems if you have a specific laptop in mind. AFAIK they mainly retail to businesses but they might do a one off to a consumer. Their website has a long list of manufacturers. They don't have a showroom. Just an office up on N Broadway. I *think* they're Denver's only authorised HP support center.
(I've never bought anything from them but they replaced my laptop screen.)

Best Buy stopped selling Alienware machines back in 2006. By the time Alienware got acquired, the deal was already off.
