Syncing schedules

My small company (two people) needs some type of simple scheduling software that we can use with Macs, PCs and a Blackberry. We really only need to sync our calendars on a regular basis, and everything I've seen so far is much more complex than that. What are our options?

I haven't tried it but apparently you can sync btwn Google Calender and a Blackberry.

I think Airset can do this.
