Where can I get a dozen cheap baby dolls?

I need 10 or so baby dolls for a baby shower that all match. Where the heck can I get cheap baby dolls?
I've been to Oriental Trading Company, KB, Amazon and a host of Froogle/YahooShopping-style site and I can't seem to find baby dolls for less than $10 each. Know of anything?
I'm helping throw a big sister shower for a soon-to-be big sister and 9 of her friends and would like to do a diaper race as well as send them off with a cute baby brother to match the guest of honor. But $90 in addition to everything else is a bit of a smart. They don't have to be realistic weight baby dolls. Since these are all first to third-grade girls, used or non-matching isn't an option without whining (but if they're different skin colors, that's fine. I'll force a lesson in diversity).
The upcoming sibling is a boy, so anything that's too girlie is out (but I'm happy to take off pink clothing in prep for the party).
Ordering from far away, since the party is in November, is fine. Any ideas?

Craft stores and party supply stores sell really small plastic babies (about 1 inch long) for baby shower favors. It could be fun to diaper those tiny things, and they are about $1 for 6.

Lill'kinz of the Webkinz series are about $9 a piece- they are super hot items with all the kids these days. Baby shower kids would love them. After the kid gets one the doll comes with a "secret" code so the kid can go online and adopt them.

This was hard. I found a few at a store called Boscov's. I think any of these would work.
If you want to terrify the girls, I also found this at Ebay.

Dollar store. However, I bought a newborn baby doll with an outfit, pillow, teddy bear and sleeping / carrying case for C$5 at Wal-Mart, if you want something more substantial. I see they don't have it online, though.
