Going nowhere with my Sanyo 7050?

Help me use the GPS that's in my Sanyo 7050 with Streets & Trips 2007!

The Location option in the phone settings is on as well as NMEA output via USB. I tried whatever USB drivers I could find including the drivers that came with the Sprint connection program with no luck. Streets & Trips 2007 doesn't detect anything at all. I've checked Sprint user boards and I haven't been able to find much beyond cries for help like mine. I'm hoping for better luck here since all you guys and gals wear the smarty pants!

What is the message that Streets gives you when you try to find your device? Is it something like "No gps receiver is detected. Make sure that the gps is plugged into the communication (COM) port on your computer and no other program is using it?"

If so, have you seen this MS Article?

If that does not help, you may try searching and / or posting to this MS Group.
