Can anyone tell me what this font is?

Can anyone tell me what this font is? I've used the font identification tools I could find with no luck. note: The i might have a dot that is missing. (There was an image there in place of the dot)
Which tools have you used? I don't really know much about this sort of thing, but when it's necessary I use whatthefont.com. It's usually pretty accurate, although, unfortunately, this one didn't seem to turn anything up.

Honestly, there are so many irregularities in the letterforms, especially with weights and balances, that I can't help but wonder if it wasn't hand-drawn (okay...maybe not hand drawn. Probably used Illustrator to create)
Or, at the very least, cobbled together with bits-and-pieces from other fonts.

Yeah, I think that the 'e' will throw things off, because it appears to be exactly the 'a' upside down.
