What is this movie? Where can I get it?

I'm looking for an old movie. William Shatner was definately in the move. It was black and white. More inside

The movie was of a plane crew that crashed. They were trying to rebuild the plane. This is not Flight of the Phoenix. Near the end of the movie we find out they have been dead the whole time. I've searched online I also come across the movie where Shatner's character was seeing a creature on the wing of the plane, this isn't it either. Bonus points if you show me where I can buy it.

Best answer: "Sole Survivor?"

It sounds like an episode of the Twilight Zone, not a movie per se... (the "thing on the wing of the plane" was most definitely Twilight Zone, re-enacted by John Lithgow in the movie later)

Best answer: Sounds like Sole Survivor - you can find all the things he's starred in on his IMDB page. Ebay has it, so do a bunch of other places.

Yeah. Either Sole Survivor or an episode of the Twilight Zone.

Response by poster: It is indeed Sole Survivor. Any reliable places to buy it? (The Google shows some places, but they're no Wal-Mart.)

Yeah, it sounds like maybe your your movie memories have been dipped into your Twilight Zone memories a bit. Twilight Zones episodes were such amazing little mini-movies that it's easy to do.

Sole Survivor seems like a Twilight Zone episode because it was based on one: King Nine Will Not Return.

FYI, he was also in the excellent black and white film Judgement At Nuremburg, in a smaller part. He's a surprisingly, er, normal actor in it.
