What's the catch on those 'free' trip vouchers?

Has anyone used one of those "free" trip vouchers where you only have to pay for the tax for the hotel room?
We subjected ourselves to an in home demonstration and received a voucher from Certs, Inc from Brunswick GA for two nights in a hotel with us only paying the hotel's tax.

As long as you're not going to be subjected to more of the same once you get to the place, you'll be fine (altho i'd expect tons of follow-up from the company afterwards, and forevermore). Call the hotel and find out the fine print from them.

Yeah normally you'll be asked to sit through some sales talk and its really heavy sales most people dont walk out without buying somthing making your free trip a drop in the bucket.
