What Country?

Can anyone identify this South American(?) writing?

I am trying to work out what country this is from. I do not need a tranlation thanks, just want to see if I can establish the country of origin. I realise it might be generic Spanish, but hoping someone might spot something particular to a country.

Text reads thus:

Nothing jumps out at me as being country or region-specific. That's absolutely all there is to go on?

There is a chance that such a phrasing of a "request for a price offer" doesn't come from a Rioplatense Spanish speaker (Argentina-Uruguay). Over there, we typically would use "pedido de presupuesto" instead of "solicitud de oferta". So I would be looking perhaps for a non-Rioplatense Spanish speaker. Not much else to go on, sorry.

Another minor helper might be knowing what kind of "refrigeracion" is this referring to. Air conditioning? Food storage? Industrial cooling?

If you do a search, you get references to Argentina.

Response by poster: Thanks for the input. I have nothing else. It is refrigeration components.. compressors, driers, expansion valves etc..
