Migraines - Neurology institutes or doctors in Manhattan that specialize in migraines?

I thought I had read of a doctor/institute in Manhattan that is on the forefront of migraine treatment and I can't find it after a quick browse of the AskMefi google search results (forgive me - I'm near death with a migraine right now and did the best I could). Does anyone know what I'm talking about and if not can anyone recommend a good treatment center in Manhattan?

Orthodontic problems can be a source of migraines.
I had headaches caused by that and when I started using an orthodontic piece, the headache went away.

Response by poster: Sorry PowerCat I'm not asking for a diagnosis I'm asking a specific question about doctors or institutes in NYC that are leading edge in treatment.

I've been to two of those and recommend Dr. Green at Columbia. The New York Headache Center is more about holistic solutions (e.g. they do biofeedback and accupuncture) as well as drugs, if that's your bag. (Just fyi--I switched to Columbia when I found out that Dr. Mauskop was selling the vitamins as well as prescribing them, but no one else seems to mind.)

Check your insurance too--not all of these doctors accept the same plans.

Best of luck! Email in profile if you want more info.

Of the folks listed above, Dr Lipton is a world authority on headache. He's certainly the first name that popped into my mind.
