I am trying to find out if British author Olivia E. Coolidge (born 1908) is still alive.

I've tried searching several different ways and come up with nothing. What is the best (free) way to search for records of living persons in the UK?

Response by poster: Uh, nevermind. I just found this. Looks like she recently passed away. I'll be back in another two weeks with an actual question.
