Dancing under the Arch?

Where in St. Louis can I get good beginner ballroom dancing lessons for couples?
Google only goes so far.
I'm not looking for places that host social dances, or competitions, and I'm not looking for ballet, modern, swing, or the Lindy hop. Rather, desire a mixed bill of waltz, tango, cha-cha, rhumba, etc. for the rhythmically inclined but physically restrained. I would rather shove toothpicks under my thumbnails than dance in public, and want to get over some of that intense self-consciousness with a patient instructor and nonjudgmental group. I'm hoping to give the lessons to my wife for a gift.
That, or skydiving.

Simply Ballroom in the Hanley Industrial court.
My wife and I took lessons there last month in preparation for our wedding and it was a good experience.

(If you opt for skydiving instead, I jumped with Archway and lived to tell the tale.)
