where is this monument (city,country)?

Anyone know where I can find more about this photo, which seems to be a monument dedicatedto the Holocaust? I would like to know where it is located.

SBMike has it. It's pretty powerful, but then, I think most Holocaust memorials are.

SBMike is correct. Fairly hideous, but then I guess some memorials are designed by idiots.
