Where can I find these Nike City Knife II sneakers?

I'm going crazy trying to find the Nike City Knife II sneakers I wrote about here (yes, self-link, sorry).

Niketown sent me to Paragon. Paragon sent me to Niketown, or online. Google sent me to my own site! I'm going apeshit!

These shoes must exist, they must: my web buddy Rik Abel spotted them in Brighton (UK) of all places. Since AskMeFi has been so remarkably efficacious in the past - accurate responses, response time on the order of ~10 minutes - I figured I'd give you guys a try before packing my quest in entirely.

These shiny black and red things are not wonderfully attractive, but they do exist.

And here, but still not sized for men.

Response by poster: Mmmm, yes, thanks for the help. Those are the City Knife I, tant pis, not the II.

Response by poster: Holy shiznot! Yes!

They must be rolling them out to the UK first (or only?). Good work! How'd you turn those up? When I Googled earlier this evening, neither of those sites came up.

As a side note, they're very expensive for something that looks like the inside sock of a ski boot / an Eskimo mukluk/ Totes Toasties.

I have to ask. What is this shoe for? I see that it is listed under the category of "sports", but what does that mean? Is it a running shoe?
