Does anyone have any information regarding Westwood College in Chicago, a FOR PROFIT university?

Basically, just that. My friend has an interview for a position there, and we want to get some idea of what it is like to work there.

What is the position he interviewed for, at least generally? My sister works at another similar college as an admissions counselor, but I expect her experiences would be quite different than someone who is faculty.

A good friend of mine worked at Westwood College in Dallas, in their HR department. She liked the working environment for the most part, but was largely separated from the academic side of things. Part of what played into her making the decision to leave involved Westwood (and Alta, it's parent company) being sued in Texas for deceptive practices by a large number of former students.

As of 11/06/06 they are licenced to accept foreign students at the Dupage, River Oaks, O'hare and Loop locations. To get certified they have to have demonstrated that they were actually delivering classes and had legitimate facilities. For what it's worth...
