Election partying in Chicago?

Where in Chicago can I go to watch the election results come in?
I don't have cable. I would prefer to watch the election results at a bar that had at least one TV dedicated to news coverage, and preferably full of bibulous Democrats. West or North Side a plus (I'm in Humboldt Park). Any ideas?

I'm going to watch it at Brick's Pizza in Old Town / Lincoln Park. There's only one TV but it's a cool bar and I'll be there with a few other dems.

Best answer: I hope this doesn't come off as a non-answer but really, you could go almost anywhere. I've spent every election night for the past eight years in different bars around the city and if the place has a TV it'll be tuned to the returns. And this is Chicago, you'd have walk at least a hundred blocks before you'd run into a bar with strictly Republican patrons! :)
So, I guess I'm saying, go to whatever bars you normally like spending time at, this town loves its politics and election night will be boisterous all over the city. Me, I'll probably be at the Edgewater (Ashland & Bryn Mawr), simply 'cos it's my favorite neighborhood bar.
Oh, and I'd suggest going somewhere you can get home from easily. While things are looking promising this year, the past couple election nights have ended in utter blind drunkenness for me, a fruitless effort to mitigate results-depression.

For the 2004 elections, I ended up spending most of the night at the Mutiny (Western & Fullerton). It was not crowded. I think I remember the bartender giving us shots when the Dems started losing. It was good. The elections, not so much.

hotel bars. try the sheraton. lots of tv's in their bar and lots of out-of-towners who probably will want to see whether they're dollars are going to dry up.

Response by poster: Thanks! I think I'll be watching over at Estelle's on North and Damen (Tuesday is $2 beer night, and if this election is anything like recent ones, I'll need a lot of beer).
