Does the Coital Alignment Technique work with condoms?
I haven't ever used this position, but it sounds interesting. However, from what I read, it seems to be the ideal recipe for handless condom removal.
Is this the case? If not, are there any videos or diagrams because I'm obviously missing something.

I think that perhaps most of your issue comes from the way that the techinique is described. Instead of using the "base of the penis", as the wikipedia entry says, you're more properly using the (slightly-protruding) portion of the pelvis directly above. This still takes a slight "lifting" of your pelvis versus direct entry, but is sort of a different thing. Also, a slight "rocking" of the pelvis at the end of each thrust helps.
If done properly, it can increase the benefit for you, as well - the (very slight) downward pressure at the base of the penis can lead to more pressure between the base of the glans (its most sensitive part) and the "back" of the vagina.
Lastly, if the condom's slipping off, try either taking some greater pains to roll it down further, or try a different size/brand. The condom should be snug at the base.
