Sugar free key lime pie (using Equal) is actually pretty darn good. Here's a recipe.

Can you elaborate--Sugar free means ?. No additional sugar, no simple carbs, completely carb free, artificial sweetener OK?

If you just mean you don't want to add refined sugar, how about fruit salad?

You could make an Eton Mess - the recipe has strawberries, but you could use all manner of seasonal berries, and leave out the suggested sugar - with sugar-free meringues (scroll down the page a bit).

It's basically the easiest dessert in the world to make, but incredibly tasty.

All manner of Splenda goodness. Splenda is the sweetener of choice here as it is heat stable, lending itself to baking.

My mum makes delicious pumpkin pies, replacing the sugar with natural (liquid) honey (leave out some of the milk, too). It's absolutely heavenly. I don't know if honey is too "sugar-y" for you.

There are many, many good low-carb cheesecake recipes out there (of every complexity, so you can pick based on your time and skills), and if the carbs aren't the issue you can always make a real crust.

Bread and Butter Pudding. A lot of recipes are without sugar, and those that do require very little. I've made it many times with Splenda.

What sweeteners do you have in your arsenal? If you have advanced chemistry like polydextrose and erythritol you can do a lot more than you can with just Splenda.

I don't care much for sugar-free stuff, but my wife makes a killer sugar-free chocolate mousse... I believe it's made with Splenda. I don't have the recipe around but I'm sure it's on the Internet and it vouches for one good non-sugar option.
