Mac product upgrades

Mac product life cycles....

I seem to recall a post here in the green a while back to some sort of website or blog which listed the various Mac products, and when they anticipated (based on length of time since last release etc...) that a new version would be announced. There was some sort of scale system which rated the likelyhood of an announcement, with the recomendation to buy now or wait a couple months.
My searching has come up empty. Does anyone know where this blog/page is?
