Where can I find this case online or anywhere n New York City? The "Break In Case of Emergency" with hammer?

Response by poster: I think they should probably sell them in novelty stores of some sort? It's just a glass case with a hammer...??

Lab Safety Supply has fire extinguisher cabinets with tempered glass windows, hammer, and a "Break Glass for Fire Extinguisher" decal -- not quite what you are looking for but you may be able to find a replacement decal that has the exact phrase you need.

Mostly they use plexiglass for fire extinguisher cabinets now. Anyway, any of the larger industrial supply vendors should have them. Grainger appears to off a variety of them.

Here's a working link for your example. That looks to me like a custom job. It wouldn't be too hard to make - a simple wood box with a picture/photo frame front stuck on top, some paint and lettering.
