Response by poster: Thanks for these -- these are the same as in his book, I should have been more specific and asked for an online contact. Someone gave me an email address for him before that turned out to be embarrassingly wrong and I wanted to get the real one.
On the other hand... perhaps I should eschew the virtual contact and just send him a letter! It might be much more likely to get noticed...

Realistically,
His agent is the way to contact him.
Literally, most 'stars' have buffers between the world and themselves. Everyone only wants 'a minute'. Or have just a small 'personal' request. They add up. The manager/agent filters these (hopefully) well for the star.
Email/cellphones etc. are carefully guarded.
