Who are these guys?

I saw this hilarious music video posted somewhere on myspace that I don't know the name of. Can any of you music buffs possibly identify the band and song for me? It was these two gay guys singing in falsetto. It was in spanish. And they used the word fiesta a lot. I really don't have anything else to go on, but I really need to know who it was. Please help!

k8t, how could you possible sing in falsetto about fiestas, and not be high-spirited?!

It sounds like 'Marica Tú' by Los Morancos. It's a parody of 'Dragostea din tei' (a.k.a. the numa numa song).
The Spanish humorist brothers Los Morancos parodied the song for their TV program as "Marica tú" ("Queer you") with audaciously gay lyrics. This version has become more popular than O-Zone's in Chile, Argentina, and other South American countries, where is mostly known as "Fiesta Fiesta, Pluma Pluma Gay"; it can even be heard and/or requested at weddings.
