Best answer: It's Danny Elfman's score to PeeWee's Big Adventure. This is the music that plays during the breakfast scene.

You can find it on iTunes titled "Breakfast Machine".

Best answer: It's "Breakfast Machine", composed by Danny Elfman for the movie "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" -- see it in its original context here.
More recently this scene was parodied in Family Guy -- see here.

I suddenly understand something from the Family Guy that I never understood before. Thank you em!

The Rube Goldbergian Breakfast Machine was a filmic homage to the automated kitchen in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

This is also (or at least was) available on a compilation of Elfman's film scores called "Music for a Darkened Theater". This was released in the early nineties.
