Can anybody point me to a free contact form with an included file upload field that I can use at my site? My Googlefu fails me.
Formmail.php does it. I used it to replace formmail ages ago when the perl version was exploited like 50 versions in a row.

You need to go to church! Oops sorry, wrong evangelism.
The "perl version" was presumably a universally-condemned script by Matt Wright? I just want to say that the Perl community has made a very sound effort to undo the wrongs of that script and create an alternative which can just be dropped in to replace it.
