My Shoes Hurt My Feet. Help!

I just got a new pair of Bostonian shoes, which fit quite well and which *would* be comfortable, except...they rub my feet under the ankle. What can I do?

Are they rubbing the sticky-out bits on the sides of your ankles? If so, lifts should do the trick. Go to a shoe-repair shop and they'll fix you up.

Mine did the same. After a week it had loosened up a bit and no longer rubs.

Response by poster: Hmmm... I've never needed lifts before with Bostonian shoes before.

Is there some way to soften the leather?
